These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SK Wedding Sites, a wedding website and guest communication platform at sk.wedding, operated by SK Visualography LLC ("SK Visualography," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

SK Wedding Sites lets couples create and publish a wedding website, collect RSVPs, share event details, gather guest photos, and send wedding-related communications to their guests.

2. SMS / text messaging program

By providing a mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring wedding-related text messages from SK Visualography on behalf of the couple whose wedding you were invited to. These may include save-the-date announcements, RSVP reminders and confirmations, and event schedule and logistics updates.

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages, unless you re-subscribe.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers include major U.S. and Canadian carriers; carrier participation may vary.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are used solely to deliver the wedding communications you requested and are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to upload, send, or publish content that is unlawful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. You agree to send messages only to guests who have consented to receive them.

4. Content & ownership

Couples and guests retain ownership of the content they provide. By uploading content, you grant SK Visualography a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the service.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every message will be delivered.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SK Visualography will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
