SK Wedding Sites is a wedding website and guest communication platform operated by SK Visualography LLC ("SK Visualography," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through sk.wedding, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Couple account information: names, email address, wedding date, and event details provided when a couple builds their site.
Guest information: a guest's name, mobile phone number (when provided), RSVP responses, and any messages or media a guest chooses to upload.
Guest Book uploads: when a guest sends photos or video to a couple's guest book, we store the files along with the name and email address the guest enters. This is an identifier so the couple can see who sent what — it is not an account, there is no password, and it grants no access to anything. The couple whose wedding it is, and SK Visualography, can see it.
Usage information: basic technical data such as device and browser type used to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use your information

To build, host, and display a couple's wedding website.
To collect and manage RSVPs and guest responses.
To attribute Guest Book photos and video to the guest who sent them, so a couple knows who to thank.
To send wedding-related communications (including text messages) that a guest has opted in to receive.
To maintain the security and reliability of the platform.

3. SMS / text messaging & mobile opt-in

Where a guest provides a mobile number and opts in, they consent to receive wedding-related text messages from SK Visualography on behalf of the couple. These may include save-the-date announcements, RSVP reminders and confirmations, and event schedule and logistics updates.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of data described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile opt-in information is used solely to deliver the wedding communications you requested.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service, for example with infrastructure providers that store data and deliver messages on our behalf (such as our database, file storage, and messaging providers), and only to the extent required to provide the service. As stated above, text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

5. Data storage & security

Information is stored with reputable cloud infrastructure providers and protected with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Uploaded photos and files are stored in secure cloud object storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. Your choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
Couples may remove guest information from their site at any time.

7. Children's privacy

The service is intended for adults planning and attending weddings and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
